70 years of Kempf! Anniversary tour: Our salespeople were on tour across Germany with a semi-circular steel body and an aluminum box body.

Manuel Kempf is appointed to the management board.

Construction of another hall with side wall production and a machining center for machining technology.
2014
Daniel Dressler (grandson of the company founder) is appointed to the management board.
The production area is expanded, construction of another production hall with portal welding system and welding robot.

Expansion of the production halls by building a modern hall for chassis production with blasting hall and paint shop.
2008
The factory in Bad Marienberg becomes the new company headquarters.

New construction of another production hall and purchase of additional industrial space.

Acquisition of a plot of land with a hall in the industrial area of Bad Marienberg.

The sons Norbert and Heinz Kempf take over the management.

Founding of a subsidiary in Kowary (Poland).

New construction of a cutting hall and a modern blasting system with suction device and blasting agent processing.

In the middle of the 80’s construction of another production hall.

In order to improve the service for commercial vehicles, the company KEMPF Vehicle Repair GmbH was founded.

The continuous upward development brought with it a conversion and further expansion of the production building with paint shop.

Construction of the first production and repair hall.
1951
Walter Kempf specialized in new developments and gave up the conversions.
1950
The company Fahrzeugbau Kempf was founded on April 15, 1950 in Langenbach.
Walter Kempf, a trained blacksmith, bought old pre-war cars and used them to build agricultural tractors. With his manual skills and great wealth of ideas, he was very successful and the demand for his vehicles was very high.
